Dr. Moses A. Adebayo is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mosaniel Contracting Solutions LLC. A board-eligible orthopedic surgeon and academic physician, Dr. Adebayo brings clinical, operational, and leadership experience from major health systems including Marshall Health, Howard University Hospital, WellSpan York Hospital, and BronxCare Health System. With a background spanning surgical care, academic medicine, IT operations, facilities management, and program administration, Dr. Adebayo founded Mosaniel Contracting Solutions to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and government contracting — delivering mission-aligned solutions across healthcare, information technology, facilities, and professional services. His physician-led approach ensures every engagement is grounded in compliance, performance metrics, and measurable outcomes for the communities and institutions MCS serves.
